The staff of Avanti Cityside, one of the Greystar community has no gratitude towards their customers.They completely ignore our complaints, service requests and do not even care to reply to our emails.
I have never met such rude and disrespectful leasing consultants before. We even complained Greystar top management once, only to realize where the practice of 'ignoring customers' comes from. We are stuck here since we cannot afford to break our lease and these people take this for granted.
What kind of apartment consultants do not even reply to emails let alone solving the problem?Where should the consumer go?
