This is the 5th time this evening I have used the log-in information provided from the front office to report a maintenance issue. All 5 times it has not worked or has not been recognized as a valid password.

I have water all over the kitchen floor from a dishwasher that has never worked since I have lived here. Furthermore, The only way to get maintenance work performed is to submit an online request.

This perpetual run-around allows the maintenance employees to "hide-out" all day in vacant units, run the air conditioning and do nothing. I will call an appliance repair service in the morning and monitor the flooding dishwasher until then.

Monetary Loss: $4000.
