Deposit not refunded on apt. $100 for mandatory carpet cleaning. Another $100 kept for nonspecific cleaning. Staff member did final walk through, took pics, said everything looked great. Over the past 10 days I sent 3 emails and called 5+ times asking to speak to Kathy, the manager, about this. No reply.
Property is advertised as 55+. Anyone who can fill an empty apt is allowed in, even with large dogs like German Shepards.
The sidewalk to my apt was broken in many places. I spoke to management 9 months ago about the danger of falling, spraing ankle, etc. Told it was on the budget to be fixed in June. I left Oct 31, no repair.
Terrible, dishonest management.
