I have a month's worth of security deposit with them and they said they will return it to me a month after my move-out date. On the day of moving out, I decided to drop by the office to make sure they got my forwarding address right and to my horror, they could not find it!

I had indicated my forwarding address on the move-out form 1 month earlier. Even though their oversight could have cost me almost $900, there was no apologies, nothing.

After more than a month, I still HAVE NOT received my cheque. Called several times and all I was told was that the cheque has been sent out. No apologies and no one bothered to expedite the process.

All they said was just wait for ANOTHER MONTH and they will resend another one.

It's hard getting money back from them once they are done earning your hard earned money. The fact that they can misplace your forwarding address, fail to send you your deposit after the agreed period of 30 days and ask you to wait ANOTHER 30 days says alot about their quality of administration and customer service.
