FOR ONCE CAN YOU BIG COOPERATION THINK FOR OTHERS LIKE MYSELF... WHAT IF I CAME OUT AT THE TIME THEY WERE THERE AND SAW ME!??? DO YOU THINK I WILL BE SAFE???? DO YOU STILL THINK CAMERA IN THE PARKING LOTS IS STILL USELESS? DO YOU NOT THINK WITHOUT CAMERAS, IT WILL BE HARDER TO FIND ME IF THEY TAKEN ME OR KNOW WHAT HAD HAPPEN? When night comes I feel worse. So many problems had happened to me here. The staff didn't clean the place before I move in even with request, the ice cubs from the refrigerator when melted you can see nasty dirty stuff left since filter never changed, etc. A couple of months after new manager take over i file a complaint that someone followed me and suggested cameras in parking lots . I was later told that cameras only capture some angles and then a few months after i bring up the issue i was told it wasn't in the budget. There are a lot of apartment places that have cameras in their parking lots because I checked their place before I rent briar forest loft. A resident mention about a shooting we heard in May and I found out it was from the loft- a guy walking in the parking lot fire at the car that drove off toward the back gate. Several months ago leaving for work early morning, I saw a car with no rims or tires from my floor in the parking lot. Brought the attention to the office. A couple of days ago someone else rims and tires were stolen as well. Then it was mine during the day. I know the staff here walks around and take the parking lot routes because i see them often. I also see the maintenance men working and on different floors at different time of the day. My car was not hidden but near the front by the leasing office. How is it possible this happen for the third time and no one take it seriously from the office??? Their excuse was it had been happening to other apartments as well. If they had taken the issue more serious then it might not happen again so close. What if i saw them and they catch me at the moment??? do you think i can escape them? At least cameras in parking lots have a chance to catch things. over all , its not good here.

Manager dora and Vanessa seem to be making excuses for 5day I have been with out air condition it feel like I am going to get a stroke they continue to lie to me that a/c tech is coming he never does .management is really bad here Dora the manager seem not to take her job because . They owe me money & so far, they sent two checks, both we're FRAUDULENT! They have not called me and this been going on sense May, 2021 & they took months to send it, then they was fraud!

I'm not going to accept any more checks from they fraudulent money stealing *** Danger zone now!!

GreyStar trains the employees to lie. Lease Lock program is consumer fraud is a conniving way of stealing more money from residence.

The office or agents fail to provide material information regarding the necessity of the monthly fee and explain it as if it is a security deposit or a “deposit waiver” this is a lie because it says in the document (Waiver Fee is NOT a Security Deposit nor is it a payment, current or in advance, for the expenses that the Property may incur which would normally be covered by funds held as a Security Deposit.) just a convenient way of stealing $30 per month from each tenant, apparently across the globe through “GreyStar”. Unbelievable!

A lease that contains CLASS ACTION WAIVER, should be the first sign to run the opposite direction! Fraud at its finest with this property and apparently all “GreyStar” properties!

For the last three months Ive bee getting charged extra for renters insurance even though I have it and the office has a copy of my policy every time I go and try to talk to Shannon she says she will take care of it and until today she hasnt. Very rude and unprofessional

Fraud/disgruntled employee

I was a previous tenant at Briargate at Main in Colorado. I have legal documentation stating I was not at fault for a balance that was fraudulently charged and placed on my bureaus from a disgruntled employee. This has prevented me from renting other places as well has destroyed my equifax credit bureau. This is not only illegal yet very frustrating as the other two credit bureaus have removed the fraudulant item yet Equifax keeps slipping through the cracks. Please help to avoid legal encounters.

Greystar left us hanging on rent relief

We completed our rental assistance app and housing is key emailed us to see if Greystar would resign the app which they have already signed. The owners of this complex is switching management company and for the last three weeks that Greystar managed this property you could it get a hold of anyone to discuss getting it sign. They hired people to sit the leasing office and did nothing else. Id we lose our assurance because Of Greystar being *** legal action will follow!!
