Greystar - Park on the square. Pensacola

I was rented an apartment that flooded after 45 days. The management had previous knowledge of this problem but decide to rent it anyways. Black mold and dangerous conditions for my 2 year old. Completely unethical behaviour. Scandalous. Lies and indifference. Renters beware.

Did you not do a "walk through" with anyone from the company prior to leaving the premises ? That is essential in order to avoid problems (surprises) like yours.

I moved out on 11/5 and they were by law supposed to return my deposit or send me a statement within 21 days. I never received anything until an email on 12/7 from their receivables dept. When asked they emailed me a copy of a statement with nearly $500 of overcharges...

Greystar in Houston, Texas - Residence at north penn apartments

Walked in the leasing office and stood there waiting for someone to greet. 3 people putting up a Christmas tree and no one says anything. Then the lady says “oh someone can help you back there”. Very rude and that IS NOT customer service on any level. I am no longer interested in this complex
