Greystar - Doesn’t follow laws
They held my deposit for over 21 days after moving out. The law here is return deposit within 21days with a letter for reasoning of anything withheld. They then returned a partial deposit with no lettet of reasoning. I requested the letter. They still never sent it. I presented them with the law and have now been returned my whole deposit about four months later.
Greystar - Horrible management
Terrible experience. They lost my $400 deposit and I have emailed regional manager 7 times. I have also emailed 6 people at the corporate office with ZERO response from anyone.
