Greystar purchased the property from another property manager during my rental and failed to convert all the deposits and fees paid that were on the original lease.No credit given for those unless you could prove it but have misplaced it....my fault I agree to a point but their fault for doing this either by negligence or on purpose.

On move out was told wall would cost $35 each for repainting but they charged $70 each. Told they would reimburse me for the ceiling fans I installed so they said they only charged me $35 for each wall instead of $70......so they got the payment they wanted while acting like they paid me for the fans. Carpet cleaning cost was excessive but again they said they cut it down. All in all if you do rent from them take photos when you move in and get everything in writing.

Also ask for a move out checklist from the last tenant as required by law.

I decided to pay them in full because getting an attorney or going to small claims court in another state is too expensive and they rely on that.Good Luck!
