I was a great tenant, complained about nothing, asked for nothing and paid on time.Management does not respect the tenants what so ever, and speaks with a harsh, assuming tone.
There is no communicating with them, even if you approach with kindness. To them it is all about the bottom line and getting every penny they can. I assume they get spoken to harshly on the regular, therefore the defenses are up. But it negatively affects all tenants, not just the rude ones.
I had a nice year living there with no conflict until it came time to move out and I was treated like a criminal for simply leaving my keys in the apartment on my move-out day, and was charged extra days over my lease.
They refuse to accommodate for simple and honest mistakes.No humanity.
