Very unprofessional and abusive company. They ask for services from their vendors and when it comes to pay, God help you. Greystar employees; if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, will come up with a million excuses for which your payment has been delayed. They take “at least” two months to pay

Flooded and Greystar does not respond

HURRICANE HARVEY AND YOU GET A HOT LINE THAT HANGS UP ON YOU AND A PHONE SERVICE THAT CAN NOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. I KEEP ASKING FOR MY LEASE BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. GREYSTAR HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
