Mounds of trash by the dumpster but not in it, manager discriminates against people, won't return calls about the trash and animals getting into it, maintenance crew hours cut back, apartments not updated, loud scary people moving in with trashed cars, tacky signs warning about towing put up at entrances, just a horrible place.I have to wait until next Febuary to move because they charge a months rent to brake the lease.

I hope the new manager leaves because she's not doing a good job at all.Don't move here, to many problems, pool has stuff floating in it, the gym stinks, nothing is being taken care of or maintained.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service at Greystar. Reviewer claimed that he or she wants Greystar to read this review and look into the issue (if any).

The most disappointing in user's experience was management and unprofessional staff. If you have a chance, please contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

After moving out they claimed that my dog damaged the carpet....so untrue.They then felt justified in keeping $900.00 of my $1082.00 security deposit...ok they want to play that game, so be it.

This goes to thier character (which never was much any way).

What really gets me is the $400.00 (non-refundable) pet deposit that was never applied to the "pet damage".For that reason alone I say they are just a bunch of lying thieves.
