1. Promise of passes to a local gym while property gym was being renovated never happened. Renovations went well pass deadline, and all we got was an "I'm sorry" with a not so sorry attitude. 2. Closet door has been coming off the track since November. Supposedly new doors were ordered, yet to hear the status, or receive a response to 2nd work order. 3. Greystar falsely billed me during move-out, refused to acknowledge their mistake, and are attempting to damage my credit for THEIR mistake. They will not return my emails to resolve or even discuss the issue. Demi Browning is unfit for her position due to her flat out ignorance and refusal to look at my PROOF of lease violation that I should take legal action to resolve. Read more

The team at Greystar@Almeria are VERY RUDE, unperfessonal and disappointing! Especially ms Lindsey! Would not ever recommend this comminuty to my friends:(

The park in bellevue is run by inexperienced staff. The building is not ever maintained and is in horrible shape. It's pretty much a tear down. Gutters are overflowing, moss on the roofs, pathway lighting doesn't work. Overpriced and out of date POS. Run from this property.

I live at vue at 3600 and im being treated horribly haven't been able to get in contact with anyone personally but I'm being given the run around by the office staff I have a bad cable line and they won't take responsibility it's not Comcast fault I've had 4 technicians out they all say the same thing that my apartment need to run a new line so I'm stuck in my house with no cable no internet but most of all no phone that is connected to my alarm... Deposit not refunded on apt. $100 for mandatory carpet cleaning. Another $100 kept for nonspecific cleaning. Staff member did final walk through, took pics, said everything looked great. Over the past 10 days I sent 3 emails and called 5+ times asking to speak to Kathy, the manager, about this. No reply. Property is advertised as 55+. I lived in Meadowlawn for 16 months. They claim to be 55+ but all ages are permitted. Large dogs such as German Shepards are also allowed. My biggest complaint is that my apt was left spotless, had a walk through with a member of the office staff before turning in my keys. She took pics and said everything looked great. No problems. She said everyone is charged a very small fee to clean the carpets, turns out be be $100. They withheld another... Read more
