HURRICANE HARVEY AND YOU GET A HOT LINE THAT HANGS UP ON YOU AND A PHONE SERVICE THAT CAN NOT ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS. I KEEP ASKING FOR MY LEASE BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM. GREYSTAR HAS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Greystar - Worst Ever Experience/Meadowlawn in Salem
Suffocating and ill from cigarette smoke--everywhere. Aggressive (verbally) neighbors. We absolutely DO NOT feel safe. Management ineffectual and dishonest. Everything is a battle---management intimidates or simply does not respond. We are going legal with this.
Greystar - Accusing me of things that did and NEVER happened
Got a letter on my apartment door saying I had to leave apartment by end of this month because of drug deals. NO and NEVER any drug deals had ever happened. I have been trying to get an explanation and all I get is "we'll contact you asap" but still no call back or any type of communication.
